Laura founded Spellwork in 2003 and grew it from a freelance venture into a full service creative agency. She grew up in Kentucky and has been an ontrapreneur since the day she graduated from Western Kentucky University. She is a purveyor of creativity and brand strategist.

Leslie left the fashion world to join Laura in growing Spellwork in 2006. She leads all strategy and campaigns at Spellwork and has developed relationships for social causes including grassroots activism and sustainability and gender equality.
